The life of James Harold Kinney began on November 11th, 1952 in Vaiden, Mississippi. James was the 2nd child of 3 children born to the late James and Susie Kinney. In additon to his mother and father he was also preceded in death by one brother (Rickey Kinney) and two sons (Tracey Hughes and Kelsey Weeks). James was a loving, kind human being. When he walked into a room his presence was acknowledged with a smile.
